1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed for B2B or institutional orders.
  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Bulk, export, customized, OEM, private label, and white-label orders may require additional processing time depending on production schedules.
  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

Grainoxy currently ships to:

  • Across India
  • International destinations (subject to product availability and import regulations)
  • Retail customers
  • Wholesale buyers
  • Distributors
  • Dealers
  • Franchise partners
  • Institutional buyers
  • Export customers

Some products may not be available for delivery in certain countries due to local food regulations or import restrictions.


3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

International Orders

Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, shipping method, and local regulations. Estimated transit time is generally 7–30 business days.

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors including:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Shipping method
  • Courier partner
  • Applicable taxes and duties
  • International destination

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout whenever applicable.

For bulk or export orders, freight charges are quoted separately.


5. International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local import laws.
  • Import duties, customs charges, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, inspection charges, quarantine fees, and other government levies are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Customs procedures may result in additional delivery time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Tracking availability depends on the selected logistics partner and destination.


7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times according to their service policies.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the shipment, or failure to complete customs formalities, additional shipping or handling charges may apply.


8. Packaging

We take great care in packaging our products to maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety during transit.

Packaging may vary depending on:

  • Product category
  • Shipping destination
  • Order quantity
  • Export requirements

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Retain the original packaging.
  • Share clear photographs of the package and products.
  • Provide your order number when contacting our support team.

Claims submitted after a significant delay may not be eligible for review.


10. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Grainoxy shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, inaccurate contact information, or customer-provided errors.

Additional shipping charges may apply if re-dispatch is required.


11. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Customs inspections
  • Government restrictions
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Strikes
  • Force majeure events

12. Export & Bulk Orders

Delivery schedules for export, OEM, private label, white label, institutional, and bulk orders are governed by the respective purchase agreement, quotation, or sales contract.

Production timelines, packaging specifications, freight arrangements, and shipping terms may vary depending on the destination and order requirements.


13. Delivery Acceptance

Ownership and risk associated with the products may transfer upon delivery or in accordance with the agreed commercial shipping terms (such as Incoterms®) for export transactions.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon receipt and report any visible issues immediately.


14. Restricted Products

Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific countries due to import regulations, food safety requirements, or local laws.

Grainoxy reserves the right to decline shipments where required by applicable regulations.


15. Changes to this Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or business changes. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated effective date.
