At Grainoxy®, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, clean-label food products. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy to protect product quality, food safety, and consumer health.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. General Return Policy
As Grainoxy products are food and nutritional products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that have been stored and handled under controlled conditions.
2. Exceptions
We may review requests for replacement or refund only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is missing from the order.
- The product has manufacturing defects.
- The product has reached the customer with broken or tampered packaging.
- The product has expired before delivery (where applicable).
Any such request must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Proof Required
To help us investigate your request, please provide:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the outer packaging
- Photographs showing the batch number and expiry date (if applicable)
- Brief description of the issue
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or prevent claim processing.
4. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:
- Opened food packages
- Used products
- Products consumed partially or fully
- Orders placed by mistake
- Change of mind
- Taste or personal preference
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Products stored improperly after delivery
5. Refunds
Where Grainoxy determines that a refund is appropriate, refunds may be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other third-party fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
6. Replacement Policy
Where appropriate, Grainoxy may choose to:
- Replace the affected product,
- Issue a partial refund,
- Issue a full refund, or
- Provide another suitable resolution at its sole discretion.
7. International Orders
For international shipments, returns are generally not accepted due to food safety regulations, customs restrictions, and international logistics.
Customers should inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.
Any approved claims for international orders will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, shipping agreements, and commercial terms.
8. Bulk, Wholesale & Export Orders
Returns for bulk, institutional, OEM, private label, white label, distributorship, dealership, franchise, and export orders are governed by the respective purchase agreement or commercial contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, such products are non-returnable after dispatch or acceptance.
9. Food Safety Commitment
For the safety of all customers, Grainoxy cannot restock or resell any food product that has left our controlled supply chain.
This policy helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene, traceability, and food safety.
10. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under the applicable laws of the country where the products are sold.
Where local consumer protection laws require a different return or refund process, Grainoxy will comply with those legal requirements.

Grainoxy reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
